"I came to Amanda because I felt like I needed to do something for myself. I work two, very demanding jobs and I often turned to quick, not-so-healthy food choices.. like Panda Express and Chipotle. Amanda is very personable and easy to get along with. She understood my circumstances and offered me great tips and advice on how to shop and eat healthy with my busy schedule. She even said I can still eat Chipotle!!!!! But I do have to limit myself. :) Her meal planning menus were easy to follow. She explained to me how and why to make better food choices. She gave me articles to read, and I felt I had a valued experience with her. Now I just need her to teach me how to cook! "

"Having a physically demanding job and little free time, I found it difficult to accomplish any type of regular, effective exercise such as weight lifting and/or running. I also struggled to eat healthy because I often picked something up instead of taking the time to shop, cook, etc.
I decided it was time for a change, and sought out a health and wellness coach. Amanda quickly gathered extensive information on my lifestyle habits, and created a plan for me. We decided that I would benefit from six, one-hour sessions of coaching. During those sessions, she explained what I should be eating, and why. She was very straightforward in her explanations, and was able to keep them simple so that I, knowing very little about nutrition, could understand them.
Amanda also provided recipes for meals, and materials that explained more concepts about eating healthy. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Her patience really stood out as a great quality because it's not easy to change your lifestyle habits overnight. She understood that, and pointed me back in the right direction.
As a result of my coaching, I definitely feel more healthy, and my workouts are more effective, even after a long day at work. I have learned how to make healthy meals which definitely contribute to my increased heath and energy. Most importantly, I have learned that eating healthy is more than just counting calories. I now know what types of food, protein, carbohydrates, etc. I need to reach my maximum potential.
I'm a better shopper, athlete, and person because of what I've learned from Amanda"

" Being a martial artist, I work hard at making sure my health and body stay in top shape. Being a college student as well, however, keeps my schedule pretty busy. I was a little reluctant to get a nutritionist. However, after meeting with Amanda, I can't imagine being an athlete without her help. From the moment I met her, I was blown away with how nice she was and how easy she was to work with.
Not only did she create an entire dietary plan suited for my personal needs, she helped motivate me to stick to it! The meals are delicious and plentiful, so not only are you not hungry, but it doesn't even feel like a special diet. She also helped come up with a pre and post work out meal!
Amanda makes getting into fantastic shape and feeling great an absolute joy and pleasure. I feel better than I've ever been. I perform better than I've ever performed and I personally feel that finding Amanda's services was the best thing that could've happened for my athletic prowess. If you are even curious about the benefits, I urge you to contact her ASAP and set up a meeting. It might just be the best hour you've ever spent. "
