    "Hi, My name is Nancy Sammons, and I first found Elizabeth Bird and Skin Care Plus several years ago. I had heard her advertisement on the local radio station, and I decided that my skin was looking tired and blotchy, and thought maybe she could get it back in shape. Well, after my first appointment, I was hooked. The skin treatment was wonderful. In only one treatment I could see the difference. I decided to sign up for a series, and when that was completed, my skin looked and felt many years younger.     "It has been said that the 'Future of Medicine' lies in energy, and I have become a believer. It was some four years ago that Elizabeth Bird introduced me to the Quantum, the state-of-the-art biofeedback machine, and my health care has not been the same since. I have to admit I had a bit of difficulty understanding and accepting what this marvelous piece of technology can do, but after having experienced its diagnostic and treatment capabilities, it has become my first option in healing whenever I experience health challenges. The following is one of my most recent experiences on the 'Q.' As a llife-long sufferer, my allergies and sinus problens actually got worse whenI moved to the high desert. The winters are the worse time for me because the humidity causes inflammation in the sinuses, which causes excruciating headaches that can last several days. Springtime hayfever presents another time of tribulation, and during those two seasons, it is normal for me to self-medicate all day, every day. Spending a small fortune on allergy/sinus medications is the least of my worries. This past winter, Elizabeth convinced me to try the Quantum for some seasonal relief, and am I glad I did! After the first session in her office, I went home and was very nearly head-ache free for a week before I went back for another treatment. During that time, I took very llittle medication.     "I originally met Liz at the Natural Health Center. I've had several treatments by Liz & they're all marvelous! I've had her facials; she is very thorough, afterwards I looked 10 yrs. younger & my skin was as soft as a babies bottom, beautiful! I've been hooked up to "the Q" which is amazing & intuitive, you can feel it working even if your not in the same room. I've had her do a foot detox for me, which you can really see cleans out your system, makes you feel energized & light.
