"Zumba class changed my life. Not only helped me to stay in shape and loose weight but is my stress releif therapy session. Lisa is not only one the best instructors, she can make you feel like part of her family and cares so much for her students. I have met tons of great instructors here, in Mexico and China: Lisa tops all of them. Her class has such a positive energy. People come from far away to her class. Everytime I go to class I am tired, stressed and I come out a different person, the music, the energy, her smile transforms me. Even my husband says "You dont have zumba today?" LOve you Lisa! "AWESOME CLASS! This instructor is phenomenal! She gives you a heck of a work out but the great thing about it is that you are having such a great time that you don't realize how hard you're working out!! You are working on every body part imaginable and by the end of the class you are literally dripping in sweat!!! Lisa is such a kind and caring person. She truly cares for her students' well being and LOVES what she does. Take her class I can guarantee you, you will be hooked!!! "
