I had an early experience with a "Healer", and I have studied Alternative Medicine since the late '60's and early '70's, because of her.
We've been told Nutrition benefits us, and Toxic chemicals hurt us....but we resist the obvious. It's not a popular theory that we cause our own diseases, but the environment and what we expose ourselves to are a direct link to ill health.

Besides studying Healthy Living and Healthy Lifestyle choices, I am an excellent cook, with Vegetarian and Healthy Meats culinary skills. I know my way around a blender and specialize in healthy home made soups. Soup is an excellent beginning to better health.
I teach crafts, make jewelry, and I am a Master Gardener since 1981, via the Cooperative Extension agency of Genesse county.
I can teach one on one or in groups, and I can travel; long distances,
preferably by train.
