Lila Grace

I have my entire life as background in movement. Born a dancer by nature, I have immersed myself in the exploration of cultural dances from Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. As a profession, I teach many of these dances through private and group instruction for fitness and recreational fun. I am also a certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist and enjoy integrating different techniques and philosophies specifically for each client's needs.
