I have been spinning poi for over two years and haven't wanted to stop once the whole time. If anything this is an attempt to help teach the world about poi and other skill toys. There just amazing. Great for your brain, reflexes, and it keeps you active. I believe everyone should play with a skill toy at least some of the time. You may be surprised how much fun it is to challenge your body and your mind with fun toys that make amazing patterns.
