Kischenna Coley

The Center is an educational service provider. We are approved to offer Sewing/Couture Fashion Design training workshops to the general public for ages 16 years old to adults permitted by the Maryland Higher Education Commission. In addition, KLC Couture Career Development Center, Inc. provides a licensed after school Fashion Design (School-Age) Youth and Mentoring Program for youth ages 9 to 15 years old which is licensed by the Maryland Department of Education and the Maryland Office of Child Care for the Metropolitan Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas. The Center accepts child care vouchers for the youth Fashion Design (School-Age) Youth and Mentoring Program.
