Kimberly Higgins

I am married, have two great girls and a dog named Harry. We call him Harry Bear. I am an avid reader, health seeker, runner, biker, hiker - just about anything outdoors and especially on a trail.

I am a life coach, a holistic nutritionist and also a personal trainer helping you change your life from the inside out! I am dedicated to helping you uncover your “real self” and living your authentic life by peeling back the layers that are preventing you from finding it. You already have the answers inside of yourself; I am just a guide to help you dissolve the limiting beliefs and thoughts that are preventing you from discovering them. I also coach those living through disease (cancer) as well as eating disorders. I work with my clients from a three-legged stool approach - we look at your emotional life, nutrition and exercise - to create your best life possible.

I also coach a girls running program - "Girls on the Run" - an empowerment program that integrates training for a 5K for girls ages 8-12. It is wonderful!
