I am a young woman living in Los Angeles. I am also a certified Yoga Instructor and Registered Nurse. After discovering yoga not so long ago, I take life in stride. I have new enthusiasm and appreciation for my family, friends, and career. I love observing the subtleties in everyday situations. "After my first class with Kate I found myself feeling a sense of calm come over me. The next day I felt muscles in my body that I've never felt before. It was invigorating to have someone like Kate teach a class. Her easy going personality allows you to feel confident with each pose and her slight adjustments she made really intensified (in a good way) the practice.
