  "Katya is awesome; it has been evident during every lesson that she put at least as much, and probably more, time into preparing for each session. I am navy and if I could I would have her teach classes at my command. Things are professional, on time, tailored to my ability, and every lesson has been valuable (I still take tutoring from her twice a week). My improvements on language tests for the Navy is a reflection of her skill and I would recommend her to anyone interested in Russian language and culture."

  "Katya is a wonderful tutor! I have never studied Russian before and for every lesson, she was prepared with handouts for us to work through starting with just the basics of the Russian alphabet and sounds. She was endlessly patient with me at every lesson and I never felt foolish or embarrassed if I mispronounced a word or was unsure of something. Katya was always willing to tailor the lesson to my level and interests and but for relocating out of the area, I would still be taking several lessons a week. She should be your first choice if you are looking to learn Russian and I would recommend her to anyone!"
