Hi! My name is Karen and I love teaching ZUMBA! I love helping people find exercise that they LIKE!

I'm passionate about Zumba and encourage everyone to give it a try! Beginners and new exercisers are WELCOME! I teach for all fitness levels, but especially love working with new exercisers, beginners, seniors and children.
