I have been a runner since the age of 10. I have competed in Track & Field, as well as Cross Country at the Jr. High, High School and College levels. I am a National Medal winner in the Decathlon and enjoy helping others to find happiness and success in the sport of running.

I take pride in my willingness to go the extra mile to help my athletes to learn proper warmup, stretches, running form and anything else they need to reach their goals.
