I am a homeschooling mother of 4 awesome kids & wife to a super swell guy ... all of whom love to eat and love to eat well. Needless to say we were a family made in heaven ... I love to cook. These guys are my at-home tasting panel & they are eager to try anything.

"I ordered the Decadent Fudge Cake for my husband's birthday. Oh my word! It was thick, rich, and chocolate! There had to be more than 3 kinds of chocolate in there - it was delicious. Warmed up a slice and had it with tea - amazing comfort food!"

"I am very picky about the type of Chocolate chip cookies I would actually recommend to someone, and by far Joyce's Chocolate Chip cookies are at the top of my list. It's a real treat to look forward to these delicious morsels of goodness every year. I am very pleased to see Joyce opening her cooking up to the rest of the world, and can't begin to describe the level of awesome that is her baking. So don't just sit there and debate on whether to sign up for these things. Do it, experience the results, then come back here and comment."

"I had the pleasure of eating a piece of Joyce's carrot cake for breakfast last week. Yep, that's right- breakfast. She brought it to me before my sons class and it smelled and looked so delectable that there was NO WAY I was going to save it for later! This piece of cake was perfect in every way. Dense enough to have the appropriate carrot cake texture without being heavy, moist and tender, it even held together beautifully when slicing into it with the fork instead of crumbling and turning into a mess. The icing was classic cream cheese, not too sweet, smooth, creamy and delicious. The only complaint I had about the cake was that there wasn't more! While I haven't personally taken cooking classes with Joyce, I have seen her in action. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody who was looking for instruction. She is patient, non-threatening, knowledgeable and lots of fun!"

"These cookies are HUGE! And have CHUNKS of chocolate! I could only eat half at a sitting, but oh! so delicious! My kids know that I have emergency chocolate to keep my stress levels down - oh boy was this better than my regular stash :)"
