"JP became my personal trainer around fall of last year (2011), and I can say without a doubt that he is head and shoulders above other trainers. His workouts are certainly tiring, but never more than you can handle. In 45 minutes you get a great, focused workout that give noticeable results in a short time. Starting with a 175 maximum bench, I was up to 245 in about 4-5 months! JP also put together an individualized diet that helped me drop from 200 lbs down to 180 in the same time frame, while keeping my muscle gains intact.
Above all, JP's attitude is what makes him so easily recommendable. He pushes you without getting in your face, is extremely supportive, and knows what he's doing! Form is such a huge factor in both gaining strength and avoiding injury, and he makes sure that your form is on point from the first rep to the last.
I wholeheartedly recommend JP as a personal trainer. You'll get great results and feel great getting them."

"JP started training me 6 months ago. I was fat, weak and out of shape. I lost about 50 pounds of fat and put on about 20 pounds of muscle. My bench went from 175 to 310. My dead lifts went from 185 to 405. I couldn't do a single pull up and now I can pound out 8-10. I look better than I did in high school. I'm stronger than I've ever been. My cardio has drastically improved. His workouts are focused and short--30 minutes or so. He is always prepared and knows exactly how to progress things. Honestly he is the best and most professional trainer I have ever worked with. I promise there is nobody around like this guy. You will love working with him and the results are awesome! "
