Singer, voice instructor, choral director, and teacher has been singing since the age of 15. I earned the Bachelor of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Music Education Degree from Culver-Stockton College (Canton, MO) in 1998 and 2000 respectively. My Master of Music Degree in vocal pedagogy was achieved from Kansas State University (Manhattan, KS) in 2002.
I continue to make advances in my career as a musician. Private studies have been with such teachers as Cathi Truesdale, Dr. Jean C. Sloop, Darleen Kliewer-Britton, and Dr. Lee Snook. I am a member and guest soloist for the Traditional Choir at Glendale First United Methodist Church.
Through the years, I have maintained an ongoing commitment to performance. I have studied and performed art songs, musical theatre, opera repertoire, and religious songs. Solo performances have been given in recitals, community choruses, symphony choruses, and church and memorial services.
