I am a yoga instructor trained through Yoga Works, class of '09. I am very energetic, enthusiastic and balanced. I am also in tune with children and adults, whether they're tamasic or rajastic (on the calm or hyper side). I have experience teaching beginner-advanced students and love sharing the gift of yoga with all creeds of people! "Was extremely knowledgeable. Very precise, knows any and all poses, and the benefits/effects of them on your body. (poses to improve digestion, circulation, posture, etc...) Very informative without distracting from the relaxing nature of the session. Practically fluent in Sanskrit! I will definitely use her as a teacher again and recommend friends! "
