I have recently completed training in three courses offered through the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating. These courses are Decorating Basics, Flowers and Cake Design and Gum Paste and Fondant. I have also decorated cakes in the past for family and friends. While I am more focused on cake decorating, I am still working as a freelance writer when work is available.
