I am a student as well as an instructor; and my classroom is life.I have been a fitness enthusiast ever since the day I stepped out of the hospital as an open minded 11yr. old and had been diagnosed with bronchial asthma. The first thing I did when I got home was to run around the living room couch until I became to dizzy to continue. I gradually progressed to running around the playground and then racing against the fastest kids in school. Needless to say the rest is history.

"Jose I know for some time, he was my first Ballroom instructor.. After only a few lessons I was able to dance Salsa at almost professional level. Classes with him are unforgettable experience, each of them like a party including group classes such as Zumba .
I would highly recommend to try at least one of his classes and you would know what I meant.

"Jose has a contagious energy about him ... I have been fortunate to have him join my Zumba® class on a few occasions and the room immediately lights up when he gets up in front.
