"I found Jim Wall from my Piano teacher that recommended one of Jim's students. The student was leaving for college so we wanted a long term teacher. So that's where Jim came in. Our first lesson was on Easter Sunday. (Looking back now, I can tell Jim's outstanding effort to fit me in to his business schedule.) I've been with him now for about three years and every lesson I learned number of skills and lessons. He wants every student to succeed and to give it their all. The learning environment is the best I've been too. He has two drum sets for him and also the student. He also has a TV where students can view videos of past and present drummers and musicians. I've learned number of things that I probably haven't learned from other music teachers. Make a great choice and give Jim Wall a call. He'll love to teach you the drums!"

"I found out about Jim based on a recommendation from an employee at Guitar Center in North Olmsted. I started taking lessons with him about 8 months ago. I started at zero experience with drums. Jim has taken me through the very basics and has gotten me to a point where I am comfortable playing along with songs. I probably am at the point I could play drums in a crappy brand right about now (although I need to work on my fills more).
Jim is very patient with my schedule. I travel a lot with work and often have to reschedule and he has always been very accommodating. He is also very laid-back and understanding that there are weeks when I just do not get around to practicing. He is good at spotting errors in my technique and giving me pointers for fixing them.
Overall - he's a great teacher and I plan to study from him for quite a while. "

"Jim is a fantastic teacher and over all great guy. He is still the best drummer I have ever seen in the area. If you are from cleveland and are looking for lessons, take from him! He really knows what he is talking about. His credentials say it all. Not only does he pass on his vast knowledge of drumming but also his love of music and is just a great vibe to be around. For the price it's DEFINITELY worth it. "
