Jennifer Menzer is the founder and director of Essential Nutrition and Fitness LLC. Jennifer is an AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Certified Master Fitness Trainer, Certified STOTT® Pilates Instructor, Certified Pre and Post-Natal Fitness Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Certified Level 2 SPINNING® Instructor. Jennifer is certified in TRX® Suspension Training, and GRAVITYSystem® Training. She also holds multiple degrees in Counseling Psychology.
As a Health & Lifestyle Counselor and Fitness Trainer, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and rigidity. By working together, we will discover the food, fitness and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

I practice a holistic approach to health, nutrition and lifestyle counseling. This means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect the whole.
