"Jeff is AMAZING! Thanks to him I've lost 30lbs, and I am training to be a fighter. Something I never thought I could do. We work on Muay Thai (A fighting form in Thailand), and also Physical Conditioning. I felt welcome from the second I walked in the door. I cant imagine training with anyone else!"
