"I met JayJay at Bally Fitness club in Brooklyn. When I join Bally Fitness, I was attending another gym for a year or more and I was seeing zero results and was very frustrated. I was introduce to JayJay as my personal trainer. JayJay is extremely knowlegde in getting the results you want. He has been a great trainer and he never let me give up. He guides me in every single workout. JayJay never seems to run out of new ideas and more challenging exercises. I have more energy than I've had in years. JayJay really took the time to listen to what I expected to get out of my fitness routine and created a an that showed results and kept me coming back for more. What I learned from JayJay, It stick with Me for years. My clothes fit better, I feel sharper mentally and have more energy and strength I've in years. I will never trade JayJay for another trainer.

"I was looking to start up a work out plan that was best for me and my lifestyle this summer and didn't know exactly how to go about it. I was referred to Jason Johnson and within a week I had spoken to him one on one and received a personalized step by step work out plan specifically for me that incorporated my daily routine. I found this extremely effective and I've been sticking to it ever since and received the results I've hoped for. Jason was very helpful and dedicated to suiting what I was looking for. I've never had a trainer take the time and have the as much patience for a client which I'm sure many would be grateful for. He has a passion and genuine interest in what he does. "Jay Jay is a wonderful person. I met him at Bally's Fitness Ctr. in Brooklyn, he was my personal trainer. This young man is very motivated and thus motivates others, though a very strict trainer, he always recognized and respected when you have to run home to your family... with a strict warning, "you must make up for the remaining time" . I tried but could not get away with much. His gracious no-nonsense style gave him the edge over others."

"I met jayjay at a bally's gym in Brooklyn, i still use all of the tips he gave me. Back when i had no clue how to workout and use the gym he helped me and even when i couldn't afford personal training he would still show me tricks to working out smart. He noticed how I would follow other people's workout and not see results. He has a wonderful unique upbeat personality and is patient and knowledgeable. He helped me loose 35 pounds and to this day i love him and thank him for it!!!"
