"Greet is an outstanding spinning instructor. I attended her classes for almost three years until she moved to another state. I thoroughly enjoyed her classes. They were challenging, yet fun. She always had good music to motivate me, as well as her style and variety of classes. Greet understands the aerobic/anaerobic heart rates and how important heart rate is to spinning. I always had questions about my heart rate and she had the answers! I believe Greet is very informative and knowledgeable about exercise and she would be a great asset to anyone who is in to exercising."

"I participated in Greet's spinning classes for almost 2 years - I looked forward to her class every week! She is a gifted instructor with an extensive knowledge of spinnng, heart rate, fitness, etc. that clearly comes through in all of her rides. She obviously puts a lot of time into preparing her rides and makes them engaging for all the participants. Her teaching style and verbal cues are so helpful to everyone in the room, whether a beginner or an experienced spinner. Always a very popular class and an amazing workout! "

"Five years ago I decided to start working out.........again. It was not the first time I had made this decision. Yet, this time , I was determined. No instructor had been able to interest me enough to keep me coming back. I had had many years of ballet when I was younger, as well as, being athletic. Too many years and two children had taken its toll. Having decided that pilates was what I needed, I took my first class with Greet. I never looked back. I went as often as I could , which was at least 3 times a week, if she was teaching the class. I was challenged and never bored. But there was something more than just a class. I found a person who was genuinely interested in the well-being of the members of her class. Because of this caring she always sought to improve herself in her field. To her, we were not just people in a class she was teaching. These qualities in Greet made me want to go back and to work hard so as to be able to show her how much I appreciated her caring. If you have the chance to be a part of one of her classes, please do so. Not only will you enjoy the experience, but you will have an instructor that cares about your wellness as a whole person. These attributes have been absent from other instructors that I have had in the past. Now you know why five years later, that pilates is a very important part of my life."

"I only had the privilege of taking Pilates and spinning from Greet for a few years, before she relocated, and I miss her! She is the consummate professional. Not only is she an inspiring fitness and wellness role model, but she is a talented and compassionate instructor. She keeps up to date on her field, always incorporating new challenges into her routines, while never compromising safety. She connects with and motivates all of her students individually. "I took Spinning classes with Greet for 5 years. Not only is she an excellent instructor, delivering challenging workouts, she also made things interesting. During the Tour de France, she would match her workouts to the stage of the race on that day giving each student a map of the elevations, etc. She also created a very fun Halloween ride.
Greet is also an excellent Pilates instructor (mat pilates). I took her classes for a year and a half and enjoyed them so much it inspired me to become an instructor! Greet really challenges her students and changes up the workouts every class. She also has a very soothing voice, so although she is "pushing" you, it is relaxing at the same time. Greet is also very good at explaining the different exercises to insure correct form and she is always willing to give people extra help when needed (after class, etc.).
I highly recommend Greet as both a Spinning and Pilates instructor. "

Always Positive, Creative, Enthusiastic, Dedicated, and Committed are just of few words that begin to describe Greet's approach to spinning classes. I was privileged to participate 2-3 times per week for three years. She has the gift making excercise fun, challenging and life changing. No wonder the bikes were signed out a week in advance."

"In a word, Greet is great.
I have taken her classes and been doing private sessions with her for four years. More recently, I have been working out with her over Skype two times a week.
Greet is great at teaching. She is knowledgeble, truly understands Pilates and stays current with new techniques. She is a stickler on fundamentals and form--the best form produces the best results and it has been amazing how adept she is at seeing and correcting me on Skype. I am convinced that she has a magnifying glass in her computer screen. She is always changing the routines or adding new moves which makes the sessions interesting.
Great at coaching. She is very good at knowing my current limits and challenging me to realize my potential. What I like most is her focus on what I can do--not what I should be doing or what she can do. Her sessions are great workouts but never impossible. I always feel accomplished and she celebrates those moments, both big and small.
Great at inspiring. She can be sensitive and she can be tough--importantly, she good at being in tune with where I am. When she helped be rehab my back, she was incredibly patient with my limitations. As I have improved and gotten in better shape, she is right there urging me to the next level--"see if you can do this" she teases.
I have been athletic all of my life. I have worked with many coaches, trainers and teachers. Greet is the best.

"Greet's excellent rating is well deserved and is in no way an exaggeration. When considering essential traits that a fitness instructor should have, she excels in them all. She is knowledgeable about Pilates as well as general fitness. She is constantly re-evaluating and updating her routines to reflect new knowledge she has gained and to keep the class motivating. Because of her expertise and her attention to all the students in the class, she helps her students get the most out of the program. During her classes she incorporates encouraging words and establishes realistic expectations for the students. Her reliability and commitment are great examples for students beginning a fitness program. With this exceptional combination of traits, she provides a program that students commit to because they see the value of attending and sticking with it. I attended her classes faithfully for two years, and I was one of many. More than 70% of our class were regulars, an amazing statistic for any fitness program.

"I have taken Pilates from Greet since she became certified to teach. Her classes have always been a great workout often with an on-going challenge to increase improvement in each of her clients. She constantly reads to keep up with the newest and best techniques in Pilates and fitness. She works to make sure that each level client understands how each move should be performed for the best results and safety.
Greet takes each person where they are physically and helps them get stronger and more confident. She takes the time needed to change the "I can't" to "I can". She can also kick the butts of those who are already in good shape and want a great workout and be challenged."
