My name is JB and I am fascinated with the body and believe that when we take care of it properly through exercise, we will be amazed at the effects it will have on other areas of our lives.

I have a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Carolina and have trained celebrities, doctors, lawyers, pregnant women, young men and women, and obese people for over 10 years.

I believe in short, effective, and fun workouts that are unpredictable and sustainable for months so that people are never bored.
