"After doing the same exercises over and over again without any change, I started to observe the trainers at the gym before selecting one. Jeremy consistently paid attention to his clients and not his cell phone or other members while he was training a client. This impressed me and I talked to him about my fitness goals and how we might best go about to achieve them. Needless to say, Jeremy consistently "tortures" me each week - pushing me beyond what I think I can do while making it fun. I have achieved visible results, especially concerning strength and flexibility I would not have obtained on my own. Have a Strong Day Jeremy! "

"Saying Jeremy is a great trainer would be a total understatement. He combines knowledge (and lots of it!) with innovation and great personality to help you work out in ways you would have never thought possible. After having a real bad surgery, he got me back into doing core working and push-ups, two things I hated passionately. Amazingly enough, now I enjoy doing both! I highly recommend him, especially for those who appreciate a trainer with brains and a kind heart."

"Jeremy's way of working with me changed my life. No B.S. All of my preconceived (failing) notions of being healthy and exercise were utterly oversimplified and wrong. I hated working out and the ideas I had to go off of were from TV and high school gym class. Jeremy opened my world to a whole new world in health and good living. He taught me moves which made working out fresh again, and some moves were just plain fun. Furthermore, I was strengthened parts of my body I had no idea that needed it. But, they did. After a few months, I was strong all over. My posture, my speed, strength.. all of this has been forged to utter perfection (well not quite). But seriously, I've lost a lot of weight and have gotten a lot of compliments. Most of all, Jeremy really cared and took the time to really figure out where I needed to be strengthened. "Jeremy is fantastic. He pushes me to my limits without being a drill instructor. He is always in a good mood and makes me laugh through tough workouts (even when I want to cry.)
