I am a certified yoga teacher through The Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center, and is currently working my 500 (master) degree. Like many, I experienced physical discomfort and challenges after breast cancer surgery and treatments. After my first yoga class, I was hooked. "I love the way it made me feel, full of life and youth." It helped me more than any other exercise, both with the physical and emotional challenges, and offered a peace of mind and strength of body.
