"Fo Fitness is my life saver literally. I have been struggling up and down with my weight and health and needed an extra push to get focused. Fo Fitness not only pushes me physically, but also mentally enabling me to push past the pain and become a fat burning monster. I am actually surprised at how far I push myself during my training sessions. Fo Fitness will not let you give up on yourself and is passionate about helping me reach my fitness goals. I noticed some muscle definition forming in my arms after just a few sessions. Since working out with Fo Fitness I am dropping weight and feeling better and better about myself. Hours are flexible and I attend the boot camp at 6am for a price I just can't beat. I plan to incorporate hourly one on one sessions as well. I highly recommend Fo Fitness hands down."

"Need more motivation to get in shape? Then Fo Fitness is the the place to be. High energy, fat burning, muscle toning exercises will whip you into shape. Different exercises at each workout keeps your heart pumping and muscles working hard at each session. This is week five for me, and I can see a huge improvement in muscle tone and I've lost several inches. My mom says my butt is smaller too! Ex-marine, Lans keeps you motivated through the duration of the workout; you get an overwhelming sense of accomplishment at the end of every session. The price is a total bargain."
