As an experienced fitness instructor and yogini, Caroline provides a wide range of creativity as a personal trainer and yoga teacher. In order to create a peaceful relationship with food and her body, she discovered the importance of connecting to the body and breath through movement meditation. This journey led her to find an authentic and powerful connection to her body and self, which has given her the sensitivity to help people find peace within their bodies and lives through movement.

"As a trainer, Caroline is not focused only on my physical workouts, she is concerned with my mind, my body, and my spirit. I am in recovery from an eating disorder and she has taught me to be kind to my body after so many years of beating it up. While past trainers encouraged me to push my body to its limits, Caroline encourages me to listen to my body and give it what it needs. Some days that is a good yoga session. Some days that is staying grounded through breathing and stretching. She is a great coach and positive influence in many areas of my life. My sessions with Caroline are truly a gift to myself."
