I'm Deb Jenner a PMA Certified Pilates teacher with 10 years experience, certified by Polestar Pilates Education, a comprehensive science and evidence based Pilates Educator. I teach with a focus on postural symmetry, breath control, abdominal strength, spine, pelvis and shoulder stabilization, muscular flexibility, joint mobility and muscular strengthening.

"I have trained with Deb Jenner for over 6 years for personal training sessions and she is amazing. I orginally began seeing Deb for back issues because of my job and working in awkward positions. I realized working with Deb that I lacked a lot of core strength. Working with basic movements first then progressing to some of the more challenging movements Deb made a huge change in my core strength!
