I have an Associates Degree as a personal trainer as well as being ACE certified. I grew up practicing martial arts, and have enjoyed every minute of if. I served in the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) for three years where I learned Krav Maga, the Israeli form of martial arts/self defense, which I now incorporate into my classes as a form of boosting self confidence.
