I have always enjoyed relating to people through movement and touch, and have been doing so in some form or another since I can remember. My history includes many years of dance, as well as hands-on massage therapy practice. Certified in both methods, I’m currently teaching a fantastic form of exercise and movement therapy called the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, as well as practicing foot reflexology. "Felice is a knowledgeable, creative gyrotonics instructor. She helps me access every detail of a movement by using just the right word or phrase so I will "get" it. She is patient but very focused which helps me to concentrate, also. Her special training in working with people who have osteoporosis makes me feel safe as I exercise my spine and hips. Since starting with her several months ago my posture has improved and my body looks leaner, more pulled in. A session seems to fly by and I walk out of the studio pain-free and energized."

"I started with Felice a few years ago right after some foot surgery. I still had alot of pain and swelling but physical therapy had not helped. I went to Felice and was shocked at the results. Not only was the massage therapy extremely relaxing but she was able to "get" to areas of my foot that had been causing alot of discomfort. I saw immediate results (as a result of reduced swelling) and also felt much better. I begin to once again feel the ground under my feet. I continue to see Felice prophalactically a few times a year and it is always worth while. I highly recommend her!"

"Our feet are so important to how we feel and Felice Amera has the magic touch. If yoiu wish, you can have relaxing music and an eye mask while she preforms her magic. In between the toes - on the balls of your feet - before you know it, you are completely relaxed. Your whole body fells wonderful & reengerized. Had a tough week or a busy one coming up, I definately recommend Reflexology by FELICE AMERA"

"I've worked with Felice Amera twice a week for about 3 months in my Gyrotonic practice and I'm very pleased with the experience and results.
