I reinvented my life in 2009, by making changes that fulfilled a life I only could dream of at the time. It started by earning a 200-hour certification to teach Hatha Yoga. Shortly after, I resigned from my full-time job at Microsoft and I started teaching yoga. As a Health Counselor and Yoga Instructor, I guide clients/students to take responsibility for their health, physical and emotional, while helping create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits every body.
