My series of technique drills will make you a much better swimmer. I'll also teach you the specifics of getting past the breakers, round the buoys & drafting in open water swimming.

Running:
I'll develop a custom run program to improve your endurance, increase your race pace speed & teach you the secretes of a strong finish.
