I started as a Jazzercise student in 1988; got certified to teach in 1997. I love my job! My students are all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels but we all have one thing in common. We feel so much better when we come together to dance, de-stress and get fit. There's something very special about the Jazzercise experience... it's hard to put it into words. Give it a try, you'll see what I mean.

"I joined Jazzercise 5 years ago and fell in love with the program. I never exercised before going to Jazzercise. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating. They are always willing to help the students if they are having a problem with the dance routines. There are always two options to follow low impact or high impact. This makes it easier to choose your level of exercise. The exercise routines change frequently so I never get bored with the workout. I always feel great after completing a workout. I am also taking the personnel training sessions after the Jazzercise class. This is a small group setting which concentrates on all of the major muscle groups and enhances my overall fitness level. I have become very physically fit because of these two classes. I highly recommend trying a class to see what Jazzercise can do for you. "Jazzercise has helped me maintain the weight I lost. The music is excellent (the current top 50 hits) and the routines change frequently. The instructors are experienced & keep you motivated. They will answer any questions you may have (before or after class). The instructors also offered a low or high impact version of each the different steps, which make the exercise appropriate for varying levels of fitness. There are an assortment of class times, so you can always find a time fit it into your busy schedule. Come join us and try it!"
