I have been interested and been practicing different aspects of yoga for the last 20 years.
I enjoy going to retreats and teach at the local YMCA. I am by profession a Dental Hygienist , married and two young kids. My daughter is 12 and my son 9. I enjoy them growing..
I love meeting new people and helping people.
My goal is that all people realize that we can help ourselves if we get in connection with the body and find out what is going on inside at an early stage where the body can still intervene and help itself.
Our bodies have amazing ability to recover, we just need to give it a chance.
Slow down, relax, read a book, enjoy the flowers, the smell of spring,the genuine laughter of children. Be yourself and respect your body.
The possibilities are limitless!
