"Dawn was a long-time (5 years) instructor of mine for both Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates. In my opinion she excels with both. Not only is she very knowledgeable with both reformer and mat, she is up-to-date with techniques and training for both and pays very close attention to correct form. In my opinion, correct form is essential in pilates. Dawn was always very helpful with me in taking time to correct my weak areas, even though this sometimes took many sessions to correct! Dawn has a wonderful, enthusiastic personality which overflows into her Pilates instruction and because of this, she makes her classes fun and yet I always strove to do my best."
