i am a gradute of Le Cordon Bleu Pittsburgh Culinary Arts Institute.before graduation i was hired to manage a kitchen.employed there for the last 81/2 months. there have been numerous people who i have taught to cook there favorite dishes or dishes they wanted to learn to cook.volunteers from local businesses and the community have come to make meals and/help in the production of prepareing the meals for the day.here in my kitchen or where ever you preferr i can and will show you how to prepare the meals you like.one on one or in a group setting,i will not rest until you are satisfied what what you have learned and you have the confidence to do it alone.
