Christi Bost

Christi was introduced to Pilates through her 20 years of dance experience. Highlights of Christi’s dance career were dancing for Disney, Telemundo, MTV, and Kidz Quest productions locally and internationally. She was also a company member of Dancin' etc. touring company. Her passion for dancing and Pilates led her to a career in teaching. Christi has been teaching dance and choreographing since 1998. Christi graduated from Orange Coast College and holds a comprehensive certification in Pilates and Dance Conditioning. Since then, she has taught Pilates at Laguna Beach Physical Therapy where she gained invaluable experience working with injured and rehabilitating clients, and taught a wide variety of clientele at Living Fitness, Backbay Fitness, The Spa, Team OC, Womens Athletic Club, Core Reform and Prana Pilates. She currently teaches in Frisco and Plano, Texas.Her extensive dance experience has developed her keen sense of body awareness and influenced her teaching style.
