I have been both self-teaching and learning from friends, the art of Parkour/Free Running, for a period extending over close to 5 years. I focus on friendly, constructive direction and criticism, as well as having a small group which meets usually twice a week. Among this group are several others who are studying fields which allow them to give much more detail in areas of bodily movement, function, etc. Our services, for the time being at least, are absolutely free.
