Chris Sequeira

I have been a student of Tai Chi and meditative healing arts since the early seventies. I was certified as a massage therapist in 1988 by Laura Drewes. I also studied Barefoot Shiatsu under John Marino.
I began my study of Tai Chi with Master Bob Cook in 1973. And I continued learning Kung fu forms with him until 1980. I have since studied with other teachers including Sifu Fong Ha, T.S. Ying, Joe Deisher,Hadi Paul Reinhertz and Flying Crane Qigong with Prof. Keng Yun Sheng.
I have also played guitar and harmonica professionally and continue to play and evolve musically.
I have a passion for fresh air, sunlight, and the beauty of nature in its diversity.
I believe true wellness means recognizing and trusting in that which is always and already Present as your basic Nature regardless of whatever is expressing itself as your experience in each moment.
