"I have been taking Courtney's "Thug Yoga" classes at Radio Boardshop and the Sky Hotel for about a year and a half now. I love her class because she manages to mix a great workout with a fun and energetic mood. At "Thug Yoga" everyone is welcome, total beginners or people who have been doing Yoga for years. The workout can definitely kick your butt (it covers everything from strengthening, stretching and balancing) but at the end it's for sure worth it and you just feel so much better. Especially in a town like Aspen, where people are so active with skiing, hiking, biking etc. your body can really benefit from Courtney's Yoga classes!"

"Courtney is an amazing yogi and teacher. I've been to both her Thug Yoga class (many times) and her Ashtanga class at the Aspen Club, which are totally different from each other but both awesome in their own ways. Her Ashtanga class is a precise, challenging yoga practice that hones your technique and alignment. Thug Yoga is a really good full-body workout - completely accessible, down-to-earth, and occasionally hilarious - but in the context of creative, challenging sequences and precise adjustments that take your practice to a new level, if you have yoga experience. AND, she ends class with thai massage inspired adjustments in savasana that make you feel like you're melting into the floor. "

"I take classes with Courtney at the Aspen Club and at Thug Yoga. Her traditional classes at the Aspen Club are great for working your butt off and zenning out. Thug Yoga is the perfect way to start the day, by working out all the tightness from snowboarding and mountain biking in a no-pressure, no pretension environment. Courtney makes yoga fun and accessible for everyone. I do a lot of sports that make my body sore and tight. Courtney is amazing at tailoring classes to the areas that action sports work the most. If you have never experienced Thug Yoga and you'd like a yoga class that's a little more laid back I highly recommend dropping into Radio or the Sky and giving it a go! "

"Courtney's Thug Yoga is such a refreshing form of yoga where egos are checked at the door and everyone is embraced for a fun and refreshing yoga class. Fun music supports the style that stretches, strengthens and pushes your body to release the days tensions from whichever sport you tackled that day. Courtney adapts her Thug Yoga class to particular seasons and activities that Aspenites live for. From never-evers to experienced yogis, Thug has something for everyone. Without Thug Yoga and Courtney, there would be a lot of snowboarders and skaters in this town who never would have tried or loved yoga. The most unpretentious and fun class in Aspen!"
