I am dedicated to improving the world on a personal level. Helping people be healthy is one way to heal the world itself.
I've come to nutrition through my own health. I am a prediabetic. That means my blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be considered a diabetic. Rather then taking medicine or insulin I elected to use diet and exercise to control my blood sugar. And so far so good my sugar levels are good each time I test them.
I've reaped the benefits of yoga and meditation so I became a yoga instructor to pass them on to others.
