My playing career spanned over 15 years, from PONY Baseball to the Minor Leagues. I played one year in the minors, where I achieved a 0.67 ERA in 54 innings pitched. Unfortunately, due to my youth and arrogance, I tore the ulnar collateral ligament and articular cartilage in my pitching arm. At the end of my playing career, I started my coaching career with the University of New Mexico as a Volunteer Assistant Pitching Coach for one season. I then went on to coach at Highland High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico for two years. Upon returning to Southern California, I continued my coaching career where I obtained an impressive resume at the High School level with a 111-34 record.

"Isaac Ayala is the best baseball instructor i have ever had. His Knowledge of the game gives him an edge over all the other coaches. His Minor league experiences, throwing out his arm, keeps him caring for his players. He does all that he can to prevent us from injury. He also has a great knowledge of hitting. He teaches you the perfect mechanics for hitting and pitching that give you strength and power without hurting you."
