I have ran everything from the 400 to the 3200 in track, and ran xc in high school. I have attended several running camps and have worked as staff at the Paavo camps. I love running and love to share my knowlage with hopefuls. I am a college student at IU and plan on becomeing a high school teacher and xc, track coach. I love a good race and I have often given advice on running to friends so I thought this would be a great thing to do.
