Hey, I'm Claire and I've been doing parkour for 5 years now.
I am experienced in injury prevention and intervention, as well as recovery and conditioning. I teach parkour as a means to get your body in shape and to teach you how to move throughout your environment.

"Working with Claire was awesome! My friend and I are just starting in Parkour, so at first I was nervous starting with a trainer, but Claire put all those worries to rest. She's extremely knowledgeable, and was able to explain what we were doing, why we were doing it, and what to avoid. She's also great at explaining where training for girls differs from the training guys do (being that me and my friend are girls). She also tailored our conditioning for each of us and our body types. Claire gave me the best introduction to Parkour that I could have hoped for, I look forward to continuing my training and working with her in the future.
