I am blessed to have the opportunity to have a positive impact in the lives of so many. Life is challenging. The rewards I receive as a result of sharing what I have to share with the world are intangible.
Always active, like out of the womb, with older brother Randy and single father Garry, I have been a Martial Artist for over 20 years. An instructor of Taekwondo for over a decade, registered with The Kukkiwon as a 2nd Dan, I am passionately empowering the world, one human at a time.

"I’ve never been an athlete nor spent much time in the gym. I never felt I had the skills for it, nor did it excite me. My first time working with a personal trainer was not great. It was impersonal, cold, and I never felt like he was really concerned about my goals. There was no connection. Week after week, I continued to feel out of place in the gym. I wasn’t motivated or encouraged. My confidence wasn’t growing and I still felt very conspicuous.
That all changed when I met Chris Williams three months ago. I committed to working out with him once a week for one month. After being very pleasantly surprised at the experience, I signed on for another month. I’m now on board with him as my personal trainer!
Chris’ diverse approach to training is something I wasn’t looking for or expected. In addition to the cardio work and weightlifting, Chris incorporates aspects of his martial arts background into our sessions. I had never thrown a punch or a kick, and we he first took me onto the mat, I didn’t think I would like it. But his coaching has inspired and challenged me. He pushes me further than I ever thought I could go. I have run faster, lifted harder and learned skills that I never imagined. He invests in me – and that’s rewarding.
Chris’ skills and expertise in the gym are unmatched. His knowledge of nutrition and how my body works has been invaluable to me. His skills go far beyond the physical. He has a way of reading me and getting inside my head. He knows my fears and my boundaries. He knows just how to motivate me to overcome the roadblocks in my life. His passion for life, for living a life with confidence and empowerment, is contagious. After meeting a few of his other clients, I can see how he takes everyone from wherever they are in life, and motivates them to a different path in life, to a better place.
I’ve also taken Chris’ Assertive Solutions class. It wasn’t something I was seeking, but with his encouragement, I tried it. Though I’ve never been in a situation where I felt truly bullied or in danger, I was surprised by the skill I learned in that one three-hour class. I was made aware of how I carry myself and how little I am aware of my surroundings. I left there with a new confidence and self-awareness that I’ll take with me for the rest of my life."

"My sister and I attended Chris Williams' Assertive Solutions class and I have additionally trained with him one-on-one; we both cannot recommend him highly enough!
Chris' three-hour self defense class not only teaches you how to respond in life-threatening situations, but also allows you to practice your new skills when confronted with an emotionally-charged situation. I travel frequently and now feel much more comfortable in my ability to protect myself and my loved ones irrespective of the situation presented. While I've always imagined how I might respond should someone physically attack me, I'm now confident that I know what to do and have, thanks to his class, practiced my physical response should that ever become necessary.
Chris also excels at Mixed Martial Arts and fitness training as well as being a particularly gifted personal coach. In fairly short order, my training sessions have gone from something I didn't think I could do to something I look forward to. For many years, physical fitness was a mystery for me; I didn't know where to begin and always felt a little out-of-place in a gym. All I had to do was commit to the process and Chris took care of the rest.
No matter your current fitness level, when working with Chris, you can expect him to:
- keep his focus on you and your progress,
- continually watch for signs of discomfort or pain,
- monitor your fatigue level and make appropriate adjustments to the drills,
- encourage you to perform at your best and reach your goals,
- show you how to workout when you don't have access to a gym or equipment,
- teach you about about fitness (your posture, movement, musculature, and heart rate), and
- comfortably introduce you to a whole new world (or level) of fitness.
If you want to feel more confident as you interact in the world, are looking to begin a fitness program from scratch, or hoping to improve the quality of the program you already have, contact Chris and see what he can do for you. You will not be disappointed."
