Kyle Zelazny has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Ashland University, and is a fully insured CSCS Certified trainer. Additionally he has experience with special populations from age 7 - 98.
Kyle Zelazny is originally from Westerville, Ohio. Fitness has always played an important part in his life since he started playing sports at age 6. Kyle excelled at many sports and was an All-Conference 3-sport athlete in high school (Football, Wrestling, and Track). Kyle earned a football scholarship to Ashland University, where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. While at Ashland, Kyle earned All-Conference honors on the field, as well as Academic All-Conference in the classroom.
Kyle moved to Chicago in May, 2007, after college graduation, where he started working with geriatric populations at a local retirement community. This experience, which proved very valuable, involves special populations with issues such as joint replacements, history of heart attack, stroke recovery, and posture problems, just to name a few. While continuing to help local seniors, Kyle wanted to reach out to more people to help them improve their lives also. That is when he started Chicago Family Fit.
Rather than being concerned only with the many health-related factors and variations in our society, Kyle takes a different approach. His vision is to succeed not only by reaching out to individuals in the form of personal training, but also by helping them improve the health of others around them.

I lost over 50 pound by working with Kyle. He's a great motivator, and made the personal training, personal. He wanted to help achieve your goals, and made sure to do everything to keep me on track. Motivation is always tough, but he did (and still does a great job) keeping me motivated. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Kyle!"
