My story on cooking: I've been cooking since preschool when I found out my arch-nemesis knew how to make scrambled eggs and I didn't. I started baking for local events in my town while in high school, and started a part-time catering business. Since then I have gained years of professional experience. I love teaching how to season dishes well to maximize their flavor potential, and I like making healthy (and still just as tasty) versions of favorite unhealthy dishes.
