"I had a bad experience with charles. I was connected with him through a coupon deal. Had I read what he had written on sites like this i would have never gone at all. He also has alarming things written on his business web site. He has a God complex and seems to think he can look into the heart of the person he is working on. He asked personal questions that I felt were inappropriate and unprofessional. I simply came for a relaxing reflexology session and ended up being a captive audience. One of the things that struck me as odd is that he uses the term "we" a lot in the description of his services as if theres a group of people he works with however, charles is a one man show. His office is in a public office building but he has rented a small room in the building and it is just him. No receptionist, no assistant, just you and him. For that reason it was awkward to start with. Ignoring my initial discomfort and receiving the service I purchased, it only got more weird. The reflexology wasn't even that great. I wouldve liked to have rated charles on other sites but he is difficult to find. I would also question how someone could say they are a doctor of naturopathy with only a certification in reflexology. There is no doctorate degree. Charles attends the local community college. The only reason he got a half star from me is so my poor rating would show. There is no discount that would make this experience worth it."
