Born in New York, I was raised in England, France, Ireland and Spain by Irish parents. I got my B.A. in French, Spanish and Philosophy from University College, Dublin in Ireland, and my Masters Degree in Family Systems Counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle in Seattle, Washington. I obtained a 4 year degree in Energy healing from the North West School of Healing in Redmond, WA, and have taught Psychology, Communication and Speech at Bellevue Community College, WA, and Pima College.
